Throughout therapy we will look at the difficulties you're having, the ways it's affecting you, symptoms you're experiencing and together we will look at the best treatment options. I will help you re-frame your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life's obstacles. I practice from a place of empathy and genuine understanding as I've experienced depression, anxiety, grief and loss. It's important for each client to find therapy beneficial and inspirational. Couples Counseling

Caring for both individuals in the relationship

Strengthen your relationship with couples counseling which is designed to improve communication and foster deeper connections. I help guide couples every step of the way and implement various methods to help them develop new attitudes towards complex matters that life may throw at them. 

Group Therapy 

Join my virtual group therapy session for depression and anxiety every Friday at 12:00pm for a supportive community where you can share experiences and learn from others.
